My own fitness journey as a Mum started with little changes that turned into habits I actually enjoy (that’s the secret to losing weight and keeping it off!)

HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?
I know my style of fitness coaching gets great results for women (probably because I’ve been through my own journey of discovery from when I was 6 stone heavier and had terrible eating habits!) I really get it – the struggles and frustrations, and the fact that women need a different approach to rigid rules and restrictive diets.

IN-PERSON OR ONLINE FITNESS COACHING
PERSONAL TRAINING IN COLCHESTER
I offer in-person Personal Training from my fitness studio in Colchester. As an in-person client you’ll get bespoke training plans, diet advice, and training sessions with me. Plus plenty of support and resources. [FIND OUT MORE]
ONLINE OPTIONS Online virtual coaching is the best way to work with me if you’re not local, or if you enjoy the motivation of being in a community of other women. My online clients get personalised training plans, online classes, nutrition advice and all the support they need to get great results. Plus access to my amazing online client group via Facebook.
